RENTAL DETAILS - the weekly rental of the apartment,
up to a maximum of four persons, is as follows:-

BEFORE sending off your Booking Form, please contact us to confirm that the dates you require are still available. We feel it is appropriate to operate a policy of first-come-first-served.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT - as we are continually receiving enquiries for date availability, we can only hold the date you require for a period of 14 DAYS pending payment of your deposit and our receipt of your completed Booking Form. We shall then be able to confirm your reservation. A £200 ( non-returnable ) deposit to be paid on booking. The remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday date together with £100 refundable Key/Security deposit to cover damage & excessive cleaning.
DOWNLOAD A BOOKING FORM - Click the right-hand mouse button on the hyperlink below and choose Save Link As ... (if you are using Netscape Navigator) or Save Target As ... (if you are using Internet Explorer). A Save As ... window will be displayed from which you can choose a folder to store the Booking Form file. Save the file in a convenient folder on your hard disk. The form is supplied in Rich Text Format (RTF), a file type which is compatible with all word processing software. Please print the form and return it completed to the above address, or alternatively, complete the form as a word processed document and e-mail it to us as an attachment.
