Details Of The Apartment.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM - comfortably furnished and with a large pedestal type fan, TV, VCR, and cassette player. A wide choice of books and paperbacks, videos and cassette tapes. Double doors open directly onto your own sun terrace leading to the archway covered terrace, pool and gardens.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN - with toaster, cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, steam iron and board, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. To start your holiday, it is our custom to include in the kitchen and bathroom the basic service items of washing up liquid, washing powder and conditioner, cling film, silver foil, plastic bags, paper roll, paper napkins , and toilet paper etc. There are electric and manual fruit presses.

TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS (SLEEPING 4 ALSO BABY COT AVAILABLE) - one room with double bed also trouser press and one twin bedded room. Well appointed, adequate drawer space, fitted wardrobes, hair dryers (not styling wands). BED LINEN will be supplied, changed once weekly. TOWELS will also be provided for use in the bathroom and kitchen but visitors are requested to bring their own beach towels. Complimentary anti-mosquito devices. We use a very effective liquid plug-in type by Kilpaff. There are mosquito guards to the windows. Mosquitoes are not usually a problem but we are aware that our visitors have differing requirements.

COT - We have available the following items of bedding, however, you may wish to bring additional items. One waterproof sheet, one fitted/elasticated bottom sheet for the mattress, two polyester/cotton flat sheets, two acrylic blankets and one polyester fibre filled eiderdown.

SHOWER ROOM - spacious, with shower, wash hand basin, WC and bidet.

FANS & CENTRAL HEATING - Large size oscillating fans are in each of the bedrooms with pedestal type fan in the living room and central heating in the cooler months.

10 x 5 METER POOL - graduating from one metre to two metres deep, and underwater lighting for that occasional evening swim.

ARCHWAY COVERED TERRACE, GARDENS & FURNITURE - the covered terrace gives shade for relaxing or dining, additional slatted roller blinds may be lowered for extra shade as the sun moves during the day. Use of a refrigerator for those essential cold drinks. The established gardens have a south westerly aspect with extensive views of Moraira and the Benimeit valley. There is over one hundred square metres of terracing for sunbathing, ample garden furniture, loungers and umbrellas.

VALETING - the apartment is professionally cleaned between lets.
