	Be it an energetic or relaxing holiday, Moraira has it all, and is ideally placed for golf (all year round), yachting, fishing and other water sports, tennis, bowls and walking - or simply lazing in the sun. This area has several attractive beaches, colorful local markets and interesting places to visit within thirty minutes or so drive. Dining out is well catered for with restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets. Add to this the friendliness of the Spanish people, the beauty and temperate climate of this region and you have the makings of a super holiday.
The villa is situated in the pretty and verdant Benimeit valley of Moraira, which is 90 klms from Alicante airport and 125 klms from the city of Valencia. It is our privilege as resident hosts, occupying the first floor of the villa, to welcome you to our attractive and centrally heated garden apartment.
	We are one klm from the nearest supermarket, bars, restaurant, newsagent and taxi service and three klms from Moraira itself. The pool, gardens and BBQ house are for the private use of our visitors.
